These Terms govern your use of the AmpCore mobile app ("the app"), developed by an independent developer ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AmpCore on devices you own or control, for your own personal or professional reference use, subject to these Terms.
Pro features are offered via auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Pricing, billing cycle, and renewal are shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, via your App Store / Google Play account settings — we cannot process cancellations or refunds directly; these are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies.
Results are for reference only. Design responsibility rests with a qualified professional. Verify against standards in force in your country. AmpCore is a reference tool, not a substitute for professional engineering judgment, and we are not liable for decisions made based on its output.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or discontinue the app at any time. You may stop using the app and cancel any subscription at any time via your platform account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under local law.
